How does one bring the culture and flavors of Latin America to the streets of Chicago? Brothers Nestor and Ulpiano Correa discovered one way of doing so: opening a restaurant of fine Ecuadorian cuisine by the name of La Humita and then expanding their business to the food truck world 10 years later. La Humita on Wheels was launched in the Spring of 2017 with the goal of providing the city of Chicago with the finest of Latin American cuisine.
